By eliminating the common issues found with cast manifolds, such as cracking and excess weight, we’ve created an ultra-efficient solution that improves performance without compromising durability.

Billet Exhaust Manifold:
Our 5-axis machining process allowed us to engineer a high-performance manifold with ultra-short runners for faster spool and reduced turbo lag. The manifold’s twin-scroll design ensures excellent boost control, and the steel alloy billet construction offers minimal heat expansion, preventing issues often found in cast manifolds. The manifold is designed for minimal backpressure, increasing efficiency at higher engine speeds.
Wastegate Design:
We optimized the wastegate flow ports using CFD technology to ensure equalized flow between the turbine runners and wastegate ports. This 45mm Turbosmart wastegate reduces the complexity of the kit while providing precise boost control with a single wastegate, enhancing reliability and simplicity.

Our top mount turbo kit is available with a range of PTE air-cooled or Spool IFX water-cooled ceramic ball bearing turbos:

Note: The Spool IFX-1400 features a larger riser for bigger wastegate and turbo frame, available on special request.
Plug and Play Installation:
Our kit is designed to be as plug-and-play as possible, making installation straightforward. The kit includes all the necessary AN fittings for oil and water feed and drain lines, T4 manifold studs, and silicone couplers for a hassle-free setup. The 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent downpipe and wastegate dump tube are corrosion-resistant and ensure long-lasting performance.
