To build the TTE850+ turbochargers, we begin with a pair of original Gen 2 Turbochargers and enhance them for ultimate performance. The original compressor is replaced with a larger, more efficient billet 6+6 blade wheel, featuring a 55mm inlet. The compressor cover is precisely milled to accommodate the new profile, ensuring optimal performance and fitment.
The turbine is upgraded by clipping the blades for improved gas flow, lowering exhaust gas temperatures, and reducing mass for quicker spool. The turbine housing is also CNC milled to increase flow, ensuring maximum efficiency under high boost.
