Description
Spool Performance introduces the Stage 3 Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) for the BMW B48 platform, designed as a drop-in upgrade. With high-pressure fuel pumps now capable of supporting greater direct injection fueling, the low-pressure pump can become a bottleneck, particularly when running E85 fuel and chasing high horsepower. The Stage 3 LPFP features a twin pump setup, where the second pump activates during boost onset. This setup nearly doubles the flow of the stock pump, providing ample low-pressure fuel delivery for applications exceeding 1000whp, regardless of fuel type.
