Engineered for peak performance, this manifold is designed, machined, and welded in-house to ensure precise fitment and unmatched quality. Built from billet aluminum, it offers exceptional strength, thermal resistance, and aesthetic appeal.
At the heart of the design is an enhanced intercooler core sourced from Wagner Tuning. This core is 70% larger than stock, drastically improving cooling efficiency and reducing intake air temperatures. To further combat heat soak, the manifold includes a thermal (phenolic) spacer that insulates the manifold from engine heat.
The RK Autowerks manifold is fully equipped for advanced performance modifications, including port fuel injection with OE-compatible fuel rails and 6 secondary ports for nitrous or methanol injection. It also features 3 auxiliary 1/8 NPT ports for accessories such as boost reference. Despite these advanced features, the manifold retains OEM accessibility, allowing for easy maintenance and access to the oil filter.
