Maximum Airflow. A C&L Performance "Street" Cold Air Intake kit will completely replace your GT Mustang's restrictive stock factory air box and paper filter element with a high flow filter assembly to maximize airflow for a noticeable increase in horsepower, torque and performance.
Pre-calibrate 83mm MAF Housing. This C&L Performance cold air intake kit includes a brand new cast aluminum 83mm MAF housing that is already calibrated for use with the stock factory fuel injectors, MAF sensor not included.
Made in the USA. Proudly made in the USA from the highest quality materials available, this C&L Performance Cold Air Intake has been extensively flow bench tested and engineered to out perform the competition.
No Tune Required. Unlike other Cold Air Intakes on the market, the C&L CAI does not require a computer re-tune when installed with the included "no tune option" calibration insert tube. If the calibration insert tube is not installed a new tune will be required for operation. In that case AmericanMuscle recommends a custom Bama tune with a Mustang Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation.
Rechargeable High Flow Filter. Included with your C&L Cold Air Kit is a high-flow, reusable, rechargeable filter. That means no more spending money on OEM paper filters that waste money and horsepower. Just clean your C&L filter, re-oil it, and put it back on to save money and enjoy better performance in one shot.
Easy Installation. C&L Performance Cold Air Intake kits are designed to install with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for an easy 1 hour installation.
Application. This C&L Performance "Street" Cold Air Intake System is specifically designed for use on 2005 to 2009 GT Mustangs equipped with the SOHC 3-valve 4.6L modular V8 engine.
