All BBK products are backed by a comprehensive warranty against any defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid under the condition that the product was installed and utilized in accordance with BBK guidelines and not used for racing or competition purposes.
Please note that BBK Performance will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation, nor for any labor charges associated with defective or warranted products. Certain product specifics such as electronics, coatings/finishes, bushings, and hoses are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, rust or rusting is not included in the warranty coverage.
Should you encounter a warranty issue after the store's replacement or return policy period (typically 30 days), please contact the BBK Performance warranty department directly via email at warranty@bbkperformance.com to request a warranty return number and approval.
To initiate a warranty return, you will need to provide a copy of the original product receipt and complete a product questionnaire to assist in determining the cause of the issue. The original receipt must display the purchase date and be submitted via email along with the product questionnaire, or else the warranty will be considered void.
Upon approval of your warranty return, you will receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) along with the BBK return address for shipping the item back for inspection. Please ensure to include your name, return address, and contact phone number in the package for identification purposes. Print off the provided return approval form containing all necessary information, including the RGA number, and place it in the box.
Return shipping of the item to BBK must be prepaid via ground shipping, and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer; no shipping charges will be refunded. BBK will cover the shipping charges for returning the repaired or replaced item to you.
To expedite the processing of your warranty return, clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the package. Packages without a visible RGA number or those sent with collect freight will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
Upon receipt, your warranty return will undergo inspection by BBK warranty engineers. If the product is deemed defective and covered by the warranty, it will be promptly repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please note that BBK does not offer product refunds for warranty returns, including shipping and labor charges.
All warranty returns are processed within 2-3 days of receipt, and you will be notified of the return status. It's essential to reference your issued RGA number in all communications regarding the warranty return.
Please remember that all warranties are valid from the original date of purchase only and are not pro-rated based on warranty part replacement or repair. BBK Performance is not liable for product fitment discrepancies, print, internet typographical errors, or photographic errors.
For products purchased directly from the www.bbkperformance.com website in error, BBK reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee for all non-defective RGA requests or returned items.
