To expedite the warranty process, please ensure to provide a copy of the original product receipt and complete the product questionnaire sent by BBK. The original receipt must clearly display the date of purchase.
Upon approval of a warranty return, a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) will be issued along with the BBK return address for shipping the product back for inspection. Please include your name, return address, and contact phone number in the package for identification purposes.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for warranty returns. BBK will cover the shipping charges for returning the repaired or replaced item.
Please note that BBK does not offer refunds for warranty returns, including shipping and labor charges. Warranty returns are processed within 2-3 days of receipt, and customers will be notified of the return status via the provided RGA number.
Warranty coverage is valid from the original date of purchase and does not include pro-rated warranties. BBK Performance reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee for non-defective RGA requests or items returned in error.
