BBK Performance Warranty Guidelines:
All BBK products are backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must have been installed and used according to BBK guidelines, excluding racing or competition purposes.
BBK Performance is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation, nor for labor charges on defective, warranted, or incorrectly purchased parts. Please note that certain product specifics, such as electronics, coatings/finishes, bushings, hoses, etc., and rust/rusting, are not covered by the warranty.
If you encounter a warranty issue after the store's replacement or return policy (typically 30 days), please contact the BBK Performance warranty department at warranty@bbkperformance.com to request a warranty return number and approval.
To process a warranty return, you'll need to provide a copy of the original product receipt and complete a product questionnaire to help determine the cause of the issue. Ensure the original receipt, showing the purchase date, is emailed along with the questionnaire, or the warranty will be void. Upon approval, you'll receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and the return address.
Include your name, address, and contact number inside the return package for identification purposes. It's recommended to print the provided return approval form, containing all necessary information including the RGA number, and include it in the package.
Please note that all shipping charges for returning the item are the customer's responsibility, and no shipping charges will be refunded. Once received, your warranty return will be inspected by BBK engineers. If the product is deemed defective and covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please be aware that no product refunds, including shipping and labor charges, are issued for warranty returns.
Warranty returns are typically processed within 2-3 days of receipt, and you will be notified of the status using the provided RGA number. All warranties are valid from the original date of purchase and are not pro-rated based on replacements or repairs. Additionally, BBK Performance is not responsible for product fitment, print, internet typographical, or photographic errors.
For items purchased directly from www.bbkperformance.com and returned in error, BBK Performance reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee for all non-defective RGA requests or returned items.
