Product Warranty:
All BBK products are backed by a comprehensive warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship for one year from the date of purchase. To qualify for warranty coverage, products must be installed and used in accordance with BBK guidelines and not for racing or competition purposes.
Please note that BBK Performance will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation, nor for any incidental or labor charges related to defective, warranted, damaged, or incorrectly purchased products. Some product specifics, such as electronics, coatings/finishes, bushings, and hoses, are not covered by warranty, and rust/rusting is also excluded from coverage.
If you encounter a warranty issue beyond the store's replacement or return policy, please contact the BBK Performance warranty department directly via email at warranty@bbkperformance.com to request a warranty return number and approval. You'll be required to provide a copy of the original product receipt and complete a product questionnaire to assist in determining the cause of the warranty issue.
Upon approval, you will receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and the BBK return address for inspection. Please ensure to ship the item prepaid via ground shipping, as all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and no shipping charges will be refunded. The RGA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package for processing.
Our warranty engineers will inspect the returned item, and if deemed defective and covered by warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please note that we do not issue product refunds on warranty returns, including shipping and labor charges.
All warranty returns are processed within 2-3 days of receipt, and you will be notified of the status using the provided RGA number. Please remember that all warranties are valid from the original date of purchase only and are not pro-rated based on a warranty part replacement or repair. Additionally, BBK Performance is not responsible for product fitment, print, internet typographical, or photographic errors.
For items purchased directly from the www.bbkperformance.com website in error, BBK Performance reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee for all non-defective RGA requests or returned items.
