These charge-air coolers have a larger core and increased surface area, reducing pressure drop and increasing turbo efficiency. This feature allows the intercoolers to provide increased cooling capacity and surface area, making them suitable for all applications from factory turbos to highly modified turbos. The cast end tanks include dual 1/8" NPT bungs post intercooler, making it easy to add water-methanol injection (WMI) or charge pipe injection (CPI) systems.
These performance intercoolers are a direct replacement for your factory intercooler and fully reversible. The glossy powder coat is applied in the USA after each intercooler is carefully inspected and tested, ensuring BMS customers receive a nice-looking trouble-free part.
