FITMENT: Aftermarket chargepipes often suffer from poor fitment due to the limitations of bent metal tubes. We've overcome this challenge by utilizing carbon fiber, allowing us to create complex geometries for an OEM-like fitment. Say goodbye to clearance issues with engine covers and aftermarket intake systems while maintaining optimum flow.

FLOW QUALITY: Our innovative design features smooth curve transitions from the turbo outlets to the charge-cooler. Additionally, we've increased the internal volume compared to the OEM version, reducing turbo restriction. Unlike aftermarket metal chargepipes with exposed edges and welds, our machined flange attachment ensures a constant diameter, minimizing turbulence.

STRENGTH: Recognizing the rising occurrence of OEM chargepipe failures, especially in tuned cars with higher boost levels, we've prioritized structural strength. Our chargepipes feature a cross-directional carbon weave layup with multiple layers, resulting in a robust 2mm wall thickness. Embedded CNC machined stainless steel rings at the clamp openings ensure shape integrity under significant clamping forces.
To optimize the structural reliability of our carbon chargepipes, we've excluded methanol ports and are developing a separate J-pipe with multiple methanol ports. Placing these ports in the J-pipe offers better cooling near the inlet manifold.
