The BMW S55 motor is a modern marvel, but one weakness we've identified is the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. The factory parts are made of thin plastic, making them prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and slipping out of their intercooler couplers. This can cause a loss of power, decreased acceleration, and even engine damage.
To solve this problem, we've created the BMS M3/M4 Aluminum Replacement Upgraded Charge Pipes. These charge pipes are made from heavy-duty aluminum, providing superior durability and strength. They're designed with CNC flanges and a protruding lip for a secure OEM-like fit, ensuring they won't fail like the factory plastic parts. Additionally, they're finished in a wrinkle black powder coat to match the engine bay, giving them a sleek and professional look.
To make installation a breeze, we've included replacement heavy-duty couplers, hose clamps, and all hardware required for the installation. We've also incorporated a pre-capped 1/8" NPT bung into each pipe, making it easy to add additional sensors or gauges.
