All parts are OEM, and the kit includes the Boss lower insert grille, boss lower air deflector, and the chin spoiler itself. This kit also includes all necessary hardware for the installation, and if you are thinking of also installed the Laguna Seca Splitter, the Boss 302 Front Chin Spoiler also comes with a bumper beam bracket for that installation.
