The BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution) MQB upgrade kit is a modular package that eliminates the need for any modifications to your car. The carefully cast and machined CTS exhaust housing is designed to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe, with a scroll area of approximately 0.63AR that ensures excellent boost response and eliminates any possible restriction. Other manufacturers may put a larger turbo into a stock housing, but that's not beneficial. That's why CTS Turbo made their own.
The kit comes complete with a custom wastegate solenoid bracket and oil/water lines for simple installation, tuning, and problem-free operation. Proprietary custom-molded silicon hoses connect the turbo to your turbo outlet pipe and air intake, while CTS Turbo intake and billet diverter/blow-off valves are recommended for the best results.
The BOSS turbo upgrade kit is compatible with the factory or CTS Turbo turbo outlet pipe and any exhaust downpipe, and tuning is available for North American fueling and for upgraded fueling from United Motorsport and Eurodyne. Unfortunately, CTS Turbo cannot provide guidance for installing other manufacturer's intakes, but the factory DV is compatible with a harness extension.

Provides initial lubrication of new or replaced turbochargers to prevent damage due to oil starvation. Damage to turbocharger may occur within seconds of engine start if not lubricated properly. Pro-Line Turbocharger additive will provide needed protection and allow proper break-in of new units which prevents additional repairs.
