Description
The DS-1 is a precision engineered hi-flow race catted 5” mandrel bent stainless steel downpipe for the BMW F20/F22/F30/F32 M235i/335i/435i. It is 3D computer designed to minimize bends and maximize flow while maintaining factory-like fitment. It is available with either the smaller 105mm downpipe flange (before 07-2013 build date for the F30 335i) or the larger 118mm downpipe flange (after 07-2013 build date) and either the factory style exhaust connection or the high flow 3.5” (90mm) connection for CG Precision’s VS-1 exhaust system.

Product Applications:
CG Precision has meticulously designed the DS-1 downpipe together with the VS-1 exhaust system to be a true 3.5” system from the turbocharger outlet flange all the way back to the exhaust tips. By removing the factory exhaust connection when used with the DS-1 downpipe, the maximum power, response, and sound is achieved.
